The Energy Enhancement System (or The Light System) is a Bio Scalar Photonic Fusion Technology that has been utilised since 1996 by individuals, families, doctors, veterinarians & therapists to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. As the body's cells age they decrease in voltage, causing a decreased ability to recuperate, according to research. Scalar energy recharges the cells. All this is backed by ongoing quantifiable research and evidenced-based studies. The goal is to charge our cells to facilitate good health. Therefore, one of the main intended components of the EESystem is to charge the cells based on the principle that we interact with the energetic resonance of our environment.

When you're in an environment that is charged at 70-90 millivolts and spend enough time in that environment, your cells will begin to assimilate and sync to their optimal charge levels which promotes the body to heal itself on potentially a multitude of levels. Our Energy Room is set up with 24 screens which are precisely aligned to create a zero-point energy field environment.

One of the most common questions we receive is “How regularly should I come?”. This question is different for everyone and unfortunately can not recommend or advise how regularly or how many hours would be best for you. Our general guidance based on those who have noticed significant changes in their overall wellbeing is to work towards building a base of 20 hours and have those hours booked as close as is possible for you, however we advise that you do what is realistic and within your means. The best outcomes we are witnessing are from those who build up to 100 hours and beyond.

Ultimately you can’t get enough light and the more consistently your cells are exposed to the system the more beneficial it will be for you. How regularly you attend a session truly depends on your individual needs and what you are looking to receive support from the EESystem around. As it has been mentioned it is challenging to quantify and different for each individual however the benefits of the system tend to appear cumulative.

We encourage everyone at VMC to have an open mind and do their best to release expectations coming into the system. Some people report noticeable change within their initial session whilst others don’t appear to notice change until about 20 hours. People who come regularly and are over 100 or even 200 hours are raving about the benefits. Everyone is unique and your individual energy, level of relaxation and experience will be entirely unique to you.

Our standard sessions are 2 hours with a brief meditation at the beginning to drop everyone into a state of relaxation and intention setting. This is the most common session length that clients book in for. We also offer 4 hour sessions which include 1 hour for free in the middle of the standard 2 hour sessions as well as 6 hour sessions If you are looking for a long stint. We have recently introduced 1 hour sessions for those with busy schedules. A night session (exclusive use of our Energy Room overnight) is 10-12 hours.

All guests are required to arrive 10 minutes early, to ensure you can prepare yourself with water, a visit to the bathroom and if you are a new client ,filling out our first time session form. You will be resting for at least two hours so preparing for comfort by:

• Dressing comfortable with layers
• Focus on what you want to receive from your session.
• Have a light meal or snack before arriving.
• Drink lots of water! The more hydrated your cells are, you are the more capable they are of receiving and retaining scalar charge.

Bring with you

• Water bottle or travel mug with lid. We do however provide filtered hyper charged water.
• Blanket or pillows
• Ear plugs or headphones for noise cancellation.
• Eye mask for complete darkness.

Please be aware

No food or drinks other than water or herbal tea in the room. Please ensure you do not have any strong odour or wear strong perfumes or fragrances.

Location & parking

Our beautiful centre is located at A1/266 Bolton street Eltham, we have plenty of all day parking right out side the centre. It is located to the right of Horseland and TIPTOP supermarket.

During the session

Each visit should be a minimum of two hours, in this time ensure you remain in a receptive energetic state achieved through meditation, sleep or restful state. We will guide you through a brief 10-minute meditation to encourage the body and mind to slow down, after this we leave you to really focus on your positive thoughts and intentions on what you want to receive from your session. Drink plenty of water throughout your session to keep the cells hydrated and supports the detoxification process. Mobile phones are to be on silent or switched off. We want to ensure everyone receives a peaceful session.

Salt Baths

We encourage you to have a 30 minute salt bath after each session and recommends additional soaks in the days to follow. This is necessary for the detoxification and balancing process. If neglected, achy joints, headaches and body aches can result. Full body baths with ideally 2-3 cups are recommended but if that isn’t available, foot baths are an option. We sell this a special salt blend at our centre at a very reasonable price. Please note that epsom salt and magnesium are not a substitute as they contain different ingredients and also do not support the detox as they draw in and we are using the salt detox to draw out toxins.

Diet

The best way to keep your cells rejuvenated after being charged in the EESystem is to support the body by drinking lots of clean water, eating healthy organic foods. Avoiding fast foods, preservatives and artificial flavourings. Facilitating your healing journey is not a quick fix. Be consistent with your visits and attend your sessions regularly to support cellular health.

The effects of the EESystem snowball, and your body calibrates to homeostasis the more you sit in the energy field. The deeper the relaxation, the more results become evident. Results grow for individuals most clearly when they commit to attending sessions consistently. It is very common for individuals to experience symptoms of detoxification within their first 3 sessions, and sometimes it can appear things are getting “worse” before they get better. This however is just a normal part of the process as your body is expelling toxins. Detox symptoms can include brain fog, headaches and migraines, cold and flu symptoms, loose bowel movements, nausea etc.

If you are experiencing these symptoms, we encourage you to have another detox bath to support your body purging process. A full body bath with 3-4 cups of the Detox mix is ideal! Generally speaking after those initial symptoms subside your sessions become relaxing and meditative. Lots of people find it peaceful and relaxing from their initial session.

We definitely encourage people to have an open mind free of expectations as everyone really does have a different experience. Overall however people generally report feeling very very relaxed. It is also common to feel subtle tingly sensations or sensations in parts of your body where you may have had an injury before. Some people have reported having deep emotional and/or spiritual experiences too.

Generally speaking 1-2 days should be left between session to integrate the benefits. But it is completely safe to go every day if you desired, but if so we really encourage you to do the salt baths post-sessions.
